If you are considering making a donation or pledge to the Bartlett Historical Society Museum Fund, we would first like to extend our thanks from the Bartlett Historical Society Board of Directors.  We appreciate your thoughtfulness and generosity.

2.       Print the form

3.       Complete all of the fields requesting information depending on your type of donation – cash, pledge or a combination of these

4.       Mail (USPS) the completed Donation / Pledge Form to the following address:
